    try it with out eCopr just make sure u send 2 diff ids like your health card driver license and make sure you have them sign by gurator

    Each person is different timeline my document been approved in 20 business day but been in mail for over month this 2 months I been waiting my sister one took 4 months . My first document took 6 months
