Hi! I am landed PR (principal applicant) and I paid for one member of my family who did not land and the visa has expired. Please advise if I can ask for refund for the landing fees paid for the visa not utilised? How do i go about doing it? Many thanks!

I landed in Canada in February. Planning to leave end of the year and return to complete the 2/5 obligations some years later. Any advice what I need to do? How to keep my driving licence? Change in address? Thanks!
