Guys I called IRCC from outside of Canada using fongo app. The agent said eligibility passed while background check is pending (I am FSW-Outland applicant). Does Eligibility passed means I will probably be accepted if I know that criminality won't be a problem? did any FSW-O get a COPR?

Hi guys! I am FSW outland applicant and I want a family member in Canada to reach out to IRCC on my behalf as my calls are not going through from Lebanon. Can someone please advise what sort of information would be required so I can provide them with it beforehand?
