I would suggest you to go after Feb 14th just in case.

When it's approved the auto system will say "we are pleased to confirm that your app has been approved". I don't have mycic account I just called the system.

My friend shipped his on Dec 6th at night time ( i don't know how late but he said night) and it's delivered on Dec 7th around 9am. He's from Edmonton too.

Mine says "10:26am out for delivery" and "10:28am delivered":p I heard CIC will assign an employee to pick up those mails from Canada Post everyday. No need to worry about your's cuz it's delivered!;)

You can also call CIC. There's an auto phone system which is accessible 24/7. All you need to provide is your app# and birth year. When your app is approve they will say " we are please to let you know that your app has been approved blablabla". Hope this helps =)

Just called cic again. Mine is approved :p:D ppr Dec 8th pp sent on Dec 11th pp received by cic on Dec 14th approved in cic account: Jan 9th Waiting for return # to be activated.

CIC received my pp on Dec 14th. Just called cic auto phone system...still not approved yet:( kinda worried now......
