Hi Rainbow, Hopefully you have copies of all the documents your husband submitted in person to the embassy. Send an email via case specific inquiry and attach copies of all the documents you submitted in person and let them know the date you submitted and you should be fine.

someone told me that they contacted the srilankan embassy in canada and was told they dont provide such letter and that they have to go to MTO in srilanka to get the letter. Do you actually know anyone who got the letter from the srilankan embassy/consulate in canada?
