I have the same date as my ceremony, also based in the GTA and I’m yet to get the email. Yes, it’s a virtual ceremony (I’m guessing with Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax or Montreal) because there’s no in-person ceremony scheduled in the GTA for that date. 1. You either wait for the email invite or call in to confirm if you are attending virtually or in-person. 2. Yes, wait until you receive the email then respond to it with ‘Oath Ceremony - out of the country’ 3. The day your LPP turned green is usually the day they grant your citizenship.- lasignor_90

I think they send the email around 10days before the ceremony. You should get it around 13th. They said to reach out if you haven’t received it 6days before the ceremony.- lasignor_90

Your oath is well before your travel date of 3rd so I don’t see why you should postpone the oath. You can definitely get your passport before your travel date as well, provided you have everything ready to go.
