In my opinion I think it's mandamus they want to avoid in the first place. I think mandamus can still work though as they claimed 6 months when some people applied, also if they have issues, how do they manage to issue PPR to December 2021 AORs?

I think we are weak because we are divided . Maybe we should act collectively? It is really not fair to us Nov and Dec ae alreay getting PPR

Even September 2021 folks are getting PPR.

Saw 2 or 3 folks with same ITA as myself getting PPR, only difference is that they applied in July and Aug; this is really disappointing. The problem with IRCC is that none of the offices is accountable. We can be in the dark like this for 3 or 4 years and no one would even care. So sad for a...

This really sucks. July, August and September 2021 are all receiving PPR. This is more than frustrating. If it goes as it is, we will certainly wait for 36 months.
