    I think you should provide a letter of explanation about the change you have done. Also, as far as I know you don’t get crs points for funds under cec so I don’t think it’s gonna cause any problems.

    Hi, no I didn’t submit my application yet. However I am gonna submit soon and attach a letter explaining my plans to leave Quebec and why I don’t want to stay in Quebec and that I can’t apply to Quebec immigration programs because of French. I hope they will be convinced!
