If the application is for visitor visa to Canadw, please remember that all services are currently suspended due to ongoing diplomatic tensions. Not sure why you'd even try to apply when they've specifically announced no visa services for both Canada and India.

What application are you talking about? Visitor visa apps were applied via IRCC portal because based on questions, it was recommended by the website. I’m talking about delay or “no show” of the GCMS notes

They’re not responding because they know they’ve not been updating the notes and making a farce of the whole system. Time for a class action lawsuit against IRCC I’m sure it’s coming from somewhere.

Seems IRCC doesn’t want to send notes when they see that they’ve wrongfully rejected the file. It’s their way to make money by wrongfully rejecting files and getting people to reapply. I’ve applied for several GCMS notes over the past 9 months, latest one being in January, and NO reply from them.

I applied myself as I’m a citizen for the family members on January 10th 2023, but nothing so far. I didn’t attach my Canadian passport to show I’m a citizen, but I read on CIC website that they will call me if something they need. But it’s now over 50 days …

Did you get both IRCC and CBSA? Any difference between them ?

Doesn’t the website say that if any document is missing from request, the ATIP / GCMS officer will contact to ask for it?

You just need to wait to get a response, keep checking the IRCC portal where you applied from. Goodluck.. did you address the reasons of rejection before re-applying?

Sad truth about the cold IRCC and their visa officers. They take on easier applications and any application where they need to open documents to make a decision, gets a generic rejection letter of the three kinds. 1) family ties 2) finances 3) travel itinerary inconsistent with TRV..

Unfortunately this isn't going to work, and there's no point in applying again and again. You should've applied for Spousal Sponsorship + Visitor Visa (expressing dual intent) from the beginning. They will always see you (and then your unborn child) as a "strong tie" and assume he will not go...
