My e-case status showing decision made from 4th June 2017 but till date there was not passport request.what could be the reason ?

My account is showing the decision made from 4th June 2017,but till today no PPR request received . I am in worry. Any suggestion please.

you submitted only photocopies of your all documents.passport ist ,last page&others visa pages copies required, not all pages required. Not notarized if any document not in english then notarized required.only photos & pcc required submitted in original.
