Hi, My brother is applying for Express Entry, he is having 2 diplomas of 2 year each. Is it comes under only 1 "Two-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute". Is there any chance he ll get additional points of 2nd two year diploma. Thanks

Hi, I am going to apply for Canada PR under spouse category. I dont have birth certificate, everytime I used my matriculation certificate as date of birth certificate. Can I use this matriculation document as my birth certificate.
