    After medical its usually BGC, however, if the Visa office is not asking for additional info or has not started BGC, you can try requesting for GCMS Notes to see what concerns, if any, the Visa officer has.

    I believe you still need to attend PDOS since your ultimate final destination is Canada. If your spouse is a Canadian citizen, you need to attend GCP and obtain a certificate. Luckily for my wife, she did her GCP before we applied for PR since she wanted to use my name.
