I am in the same boat. I can get a transfer to Alberta from Ontario under the same company. With all the new changes that have happened recently in Job Offer requirements for Tech Pathway, will I be eligible to apply for PR from Alberta?

So I just see the NAICS code and should have a base in Alberta. I don't see any other requirements in terms of employers. Is there anything I am missing?

Is it possible to mention what are the requirements for being a business in Alberta?

Eligible Employer means the NAICS code of the employer should be in this list (https://www.alberta.ca/system/files/custom_downloaded_images/lbr-aaip-tech-pathway-naics-codes-list.pdf) provided by Alberta right? Also I am in user support technician so I am assuming my job comes under Tech Pathway.
