If my application rejected, do they send a rejection letter??

I have applied business management course September 2019 intake (Fanshawe college ) I applied through an agent on June 3rd, then college asked some more details regarding my certificate details on 3rd of July and there after, still I haven't received any mails.??? Anyone have any idea? ?
