    No i don't think all pfl must come with five years ban. My application is PR spouse sponsorship in my own case the office just need more clarification.

    Haaa Posting my letter in public is not cool with me i received pfl. To me the pfl is more like additional documents which i submitted for the past three months eligibility completed already before i received the letter.
