    So the medical exam for newborns has to be done at the approved physician. Similar to what uve done for urself, not any doctor or hospital

    Hi, I am no expert. But if you previously added your all family members to the file (excluding the newborn), then it's logical that these requirements are for the newborn only or the new family member.
