I applied for my BOWP on Sep 10th and still waiting for news from CIC. I am seeing people receiving BOWP yesterday who applied on sep 10th. Called CIC and they replied that they are processing only Sep 6th applications still(as in the CIC website). Not sure whats happening. Any comments ?
