Where I need to match the duties? I mean the letter I got from my employer on the post of retail store supervisor's duty with this Retail sales supervisor? I matched it and 60 to 70% duties are matching.

The position of Retail Sales Supervisor and Retail Store Supervisor is same for Retail Grocery Stores?

Yes I did it showed me LICO requirement along with some visitor visa information.

They already have Visitor visa of Canada and they have visited Canada last year already on it. I want to apply for supervisa.

The total income as per line 15000 in NOA for my wife was 38,100 for my spouse and 35,000 for myself. I want to apply my parents supervisa. We are only 2 and if my parents will come then a total of 4 people. Will we be fine to meet Low income cut off requirement? Please help in this.
