Did you have emirates id and you don't have a copy of it? or you haven't applied for it while you were living there? I don't know what is biometric card but upload whatever will help them to identify your record in their database and you will get your PCC.

It might be tricky. You have to follow exactly info as per your application. If no success then please send info thru web form what exactly you are adding to link your account. Consultant will find problem and will give you a hint what is wrong. this is how it worked in my case.

Application received in January 2019 and approved on July 22.

hi, relax and don't panic. Your phone calls at this time will not change anything. It takes 2-3 months to get confirmation. You really need to prepare for waiting, patience is required. good luck with your application!

Personally I dont see an issue here. My case was the same. Mailing address - my wife address in Canada (my sponsor) and my residential address where I currently reside (out of Canada). Unless you are both in Canada... then residential should be the same as mailing and then you should correct it...

When my application was transferred to embassy I started receiving emails directly from embassy and replying to those emails directly. Additionally some communication might come also thru gckey like medical request or biometric request so you should have access to both.

This letter is a serious warning that your application might be rejected. As I understand, officer has doubts that you have been living together in the same residence since you applied. You have to reply asap with extra proof otherwise your application might be rejected...
