Hello Rajesh, CA PR processing takes long time and given that your IETLS will expire in October 2016 which is merely 4 months from now, I would definitely recommend giving IELTS again. Hope that helps.

Sub: Fingerprint Card for FBI Hi all, I have taken fingerprints at SPF in Cantonment near Outram Park MRT. Has anyone gone for FBI PCC from Singapore? Did any of you had issues with fingerprint cards? Did FBI accept fingerprints in one go? By the way I sent 2 copies of fingerprintcards. Thanks.
