so get the medical now and apply for the student permit even tho i have the visitor pending? is it not going to affect the outcomes? and what if i want to withdrawn even if they didnt process the withdrawal i apply for the other one?- kishk

yes it does im in Haiti and in IRCC the processing time is 4 to 5 weeks, it mean that i can do both or? do i add that i already have a visitor visa in process?- kishk
