There's no way someone from March 2015 received DM. Did you mean 2014? They're working on June 2014 applications right now (but people from July and October are starting to receive news).

Sorry, but this is not true. Well, the first part is. But you're not eligible to health coverage with CSQ and OWP. They changed that back in June and now require OWP+CSQ+AIP.

Yeah, sorry, I'm only speculating. I've read something but it was not official. I hope they make an announcement to say they will extend it, it would be the right time to do so. It expires in 20 days :(

Hello, The flaw I can see in your plan right now is that the OWP pilot project expires on December 22nd. They probably won't renew it from what I've read.
