Let me know that you want to know exactly, there is not much else about the payment with the incubator. I signed the contract that said I have to pay when I get my PR. I actually paid them after 3 weeks of being there they did not rush me with the payment at all.

I did not know that, good this I did not register, so basically there is no upside for registering the business before landing. Thank you!

I was accepted into the incubator program 2 weeks after I completed the course, but this really depends on the incubator how the process goes internally.

I only check this after I got the PPR and I noticed the status changed from In Progress to Decision made, but no updates since the last request about my documents. So I went straight from Pre-arrival invitation to PPR.

I was asked by the incubator to complete a free online business course before they issued the letter of support, after this I had one final call with them telling them about the course and after this I got the letter of support.

The first set of documents was about my work experience and the second was required an explanation about the business how it will operate in Canada. If you think that those requests are unusual I thought that too, but I think they either were doing their due diligence or just being extra careful...

Hi everyone, looks like my last comment was read by IRCC because I just got my PPR letter. It took 7 weeks since I got the pre-arrival service invitation to PPR.

My incubator asked for just under 10k to be accepted into the program and it covers 1year office space and also some of the courses that the incubator offers and some other perks. This was disclosed to me early and I will pay the full amount to the incubator when I get my permanent residence...

I'm in an almost exact position as you. I don't think anyone had to wait this long before so we are the first ones that will update the others, let's hope next week will see some progress.
