I'm sorry that was typo. IRCC said no problem in child traveling along with grandparents and completing the PR formalities at the port of entry. I asked this question first in forum and later got connected to IRCC rep and got the answer.

No problem. I spoke to IRCC. They said no problem in child traveling with grand parents. To answer your question i sponsored my kid. Of course kid is the principal applicant but i did all the paper work

Is it possible for a dependant child to land on PR with out parents accompanying ? I have a 2.5 yr daughter (holds COPR) planning to travel along with grandparents who are on visitors visa travelling to canada . Will it be a problem if parents dont accompany while child landing to become PR ?

Sure ... Do we get medical report signed by the doctor or it will be directly report to CIC from hospital ? In my case its supposed to come to Candada office not to New Delhi . Any idea on this ?

Finally AOR received after 114 days ! I checked the application status online using the application number and it only shows application received date (Just one line) . What next ?

Called IRCC call centre today. They couldn't provide me the application number as the file was not yet opened for processing. Some relief !! They also acknowledged the receipt of my case specific inquiry and that has been forwarded to the application processing center asking for the delay. hope...

Nope. Applied on July end and no update on AOR yet .

I'm in the same situation as yours (8yrs old son and 2 yrs old daughter). I applied for my daughter on July 30th and waiting for acknowledgement (AOR) .

My family has entered with out any hassle . Officer at the border asked few general questions and gave a heads up about 2 yrs requirement for RO . No issues . Thanks for your help

Hi Everyone, My Daughters application was received on July 30th and no update so far (41 days passed). How long it would take to receive AOR? Will it come over email or Canada post ?
