the letter says original document of your application in which I don't recall COPR was one of them- maybe false memory. Reason I am asking is that I have trouble finding the COPR now..:( what should I do in this case :(

How did u make through the call ? I tried to call they didn’t even give me the option to wait saying there are multiple wait lists

I requested through the web form for status update. For they provide not much information except generic answering saying it's at Mississauga office determining your eligibility etc.
