Agreed. Fellowship may get you an institutional license if they like you and you have a strong research profile. But if you are exam-eligible then worth doing the exams.

No it wasn't. Though people have done that method, which is much harder. I have completed UK IM/Cardiology/subsubspec training. The Canadian RC allowed me to do the Royal College exams, that, plus the LMCC give me independent licenses.

Finally got PR! Came in on WP for a fellowship. Got Aberta EE PNP 1 year in. NOC 31100.

Yes. But you cannot re-enter on a visa if you are given eCOPR while abroad. You can enter on an eTA.

Thank you. My lawyer said the same thing, I just asked. Only if you have another way to get into Canada (I have a WP). You cannot use COPR to enter.

Hi all, Following my PNP-EE application a few months ago, I received portal email P1 the other day. I'm waiting on P2 (VO=Montreal). The next steps after P2 are eCOPR and then PR card (as I understand). I declared I am in canada in replying to the P1 email. I get P2 in the next few days, and...

What did you find out? I similarly need to travel between these two steps.
