I thought it will be 2-3 months but in my case, my file was last reviewed on 28 OCT 2014 and they have asked for 2nd review the due date is 15 MAY 2015. you can never say.

I think a detailed cover letter is sufficient I guess. Whatever you are explains yo us here, explain the same thing to the CIC folks. You shod be good :) Good Luck :)

No need to worry. Same comment even I have received. Just send a cover letter with all the paystubs along with the pay raise letter. In the letter explain, what was your salary when 2013 was started and when it was revised. You should be good. Good luck.

Your case look very complicated. I strongly suggest you to apply for GCMS notes. You will know why your application still pending. Regarding BOWP, you will get the WP till your passport expiry and you may need to apply for new one after you get a new passport.good luck.

That is very simple, you have to go to edit profile to do that. I think you can only do that if you are active and posted around 20 posts.
