Thanks Please help . I am waiting for mother PPR but her super visa is expiring next month so I am thinking of extending her stay. Questions : 1) For online application for extension, do I need to create CIC account for her OR can I use my own account to submit the documents ? Anyone?

Thanks! Visa Office is Ottawa and medicals were done in Canada .

Medicals were uploaded on Aug 24 but status still showing Review in Progress . Does anyone knows how long it takes to change it to passed ?
