Thanks , i will keep u posted on latest development. I was marriage cetificate issued by the local govt has to be verified and authenticated at the foreign affairs ministry in abuja, is that true?Cos the one i submitted was the one i was given after the marriage at the registry.

My wife just called me that she received a letter from CIC giving her go ahead to sponsor me for PR and that the file will be sent to the local visa centre that i chose ie ghana But i have a problem.In 2006 i applied for a Uk student visa and was denied.I did not state it on the application...

I just got a call from my wife that the application for her to sponsor me has been approved and the files will be sent to the visa offce in my country. i want to know what next? will they with the background checks and other there? Again i did not indicate thet i applied for UK student visa 3yrs...

and they have the Uk database, will that mean he will be ban ?that will be really serious Wil do u advice he should do now?
