Was it date entries as a tourist? Because they track your entries and exits anyway, but what they also care for NPR time is if you had a valid status, and for a tourist status, it is not always available in their system, especially when you are from a visa-exempt country and they don't issue...- keanmi

What was wrong with your NPR dates? I thought IRCC was verifying NPR statuses and dates even before sending the AOR (some people receive a notice saying IRCC cannot confirm their time in Canada before they became a PR). Does it mean they didn't check if you had a valid status as a NPR, before...- keanmi
