I got an update on the IRCC portal for the PR card it says "April 26, 2024 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." Does anyone knows what does that mean ? I submitted a web form few days back, may be that initiated something ?

No Updates so far. The IRCC account says final decision is in progress, IRCC PR portal says photo is in review.

Hi @Annamusam, This is a good Info, the email ID looks very lengthly, is that the correct email ID. I am in Canada in a closed WP and my spouse/kids are in India. I am waiting for their application to be processed. Did you meant emailing to this ID will help expedite their application processing ?

I went through this recently. I found from my consultant that IRCC said okay to submit upfront medical exam for SOWP from last week. Previously (Before two months), IRCC does not wanted an upfront medical to be submitted, so the consultant did not ask us to do a upfront medical exam.

I had got my work permit approved in GSS category. My dependents permit processing is yet to be started. can someone advice if my spouse and child permit can be applied under GSS category ? The application will be from India.
