Yes most probably it will be resused. If cic ask for medical again you can always send them the previous receipt. Just make sure medical is not done long back since validity is just 1 year.

I got reply in around 5 hours .Looks like it was the quickest .Average waiting time is around a week.

you can apply with T4 you have and other paystubs. Though your reference letter states june , i assume you have payslips from July and T4 also reflects same. Then why take chance. I think it is better to wait for 1 more month than to suffer later on.
