I, the Sponsor got pre-arrival services letter in my CIC login on Nov 13th and my spouse got pre-arrival services email on Dec 11th. Anybody else with something similar?

Hi guys. I read a number of blogs however it doesn't answer my question regd POF. My aunt will be transferrin the required amount to my account. Is this accepted as gift deed. Will her source of funds be verified or a proof requested.? In addition, she is not an income tax assessee.
