Hello, please give some feedback

One of my friend got VISA for his second masters program. During VISA application process, he showed his current masters program. Now, if he could not able to complete this ongoing masters program in his home country, then later, either it may create any problem in Canada or not?

Its being almost 60 days of my application. Here, the normal processing time is 9 weeks. I am getting tensed about this.

Is there anyone who submitted study permit application for WINTER, 2015 and already got response from VISA office?
