Hello, I don't think it matters to them your requirement of 8777. I would suggest going for writing EOR only unless you are very very confident about getting better score in Speaking. I was in the same boat few years back and did EOR for writing and got the 0.5 raise. I hope you get it too...

Yes, They do have right near Churchgate station and they know the instructions how to send to WES

Yup, as per policies they won't reveal rechecking results online. You will get a hard copy of original TRF and a letter stating if marks were increased or not.
