Not AINP fault but CIC.. they cannot exceed the quota given to them. the bitter truth.

with CIC i wont be surprised. i remember someone posted this time last year about cap for CEC. folks were yelling at him that there are no quota for CEC alas first week of NOV we saw CIC introducing caps. Let just hope this is not true.

Express Entry is going to make it difficult for folks with little or no work experience especially fresh grads. If you cant get a full time jobs and go through the provincial nominee route it will be tough. AFAIK employers always prefer folks with 5+ experience.

You don't need a cab to the US side. when u get to the bridge just walk down to the US side.probably about 7mins walk and enter the US immigration office for the admin refusal.

From what you have written above it look like scam. Even the process of express entry its not yet out and someone is assuring you he can help you with it. i might be wrong but the only advice is that you should take extra care. If you need any info check cic website who knows you might even be...

you are right..i agree with you if its CEC no problem but if its PNP then your boss '"CAN" screw things up

The only thing he can do to you is give CIC wrong info when they call for employment verification and there is a low probability that they will call..so cheer up man

25th April. i got to CIC on friday and it was signed same day.
