I got additional doc request. They asked for 12 month Bank statement and my secondary and higher school certificates/trancripts/documents and passport photocopy of my old passport. They did not mention whether it will be photocopy or notarized copy of my certificates. Please help me what should...

I have got AOR. With application I sent the copy of my old passport. Now i got MR passport. How will I send it to Visa Office. I mean should I include cover letter? Will I be able to send through Visa Centre? Please help. Thanks.
