I called IRCC and the agent said March 31 is the correct one.

On March 10th, my tracker updated that my oath has been changed to April 5. Today(Mar 16th) I got an email for oath that’s scheduled on Mar 31st… Is this happening to anyone else?

I’m almost on the exact same time line. Most likely your application has been transferred to Mississauga office as well.

called IRCC today and theyalso told me my application has been transferred to Mississauga office. Done test Nov 18 and still waiting for LPP. Looks like Scarborough office is moving faster now.
