    Did you receive a request letter in the portal? or was this an email? I think for requests sent through email there may not be an upload field. In that case, you can submit the document through a webform. The agent would then add it to the application manually. See this link...

    There should be new upload fields when you open the "Submitted documents" page by clicking on the "View submitted application or upload documents" link at the top of your Application Status page. Looks like they are asking for a new one. I would assume they are asking for a new one.
