I sent my Passport on the 9th got to Ottawa on the 10th i saw nothing in my cic account till now today is the 15th still waiting though...

can someone state how long it took them to send and receive there passports from VO Ottawa?

I called the same number as everyone else 1 888 242 2100 and the holiday doesn't really apply for the whole of canada as a stat holiday. I was able to speak with an agent within 10 mins of calling.

I called CIC yesterday but the agent didn't provide much info to me. Just let me know that they received my RPRF fee and awaiting for the officer to let me know whats my next step. I hit that 6 month mark tomorrow....... BG in progress since the 7th.... VO Ottawa

Tell me about it..... Thought about ordering a second set of notes but then I realized that I had already made it pass 5 1/2 months... Just decided to wait it out... hopefully by the end of the month I get PPR... saw a few post where people still did not receive request to pay RPRF....

I'm also in the same boat. AOR 3rd Feb. RPRF REQ: 8 Paid:11 BG: In Progess Since 7th July.. Waiting for PPR......

Mine went into Progress on the 8th also I havent paid RPRF so hopefully they would request both RPRF and PPR.
