For me, as long as the official records do not say Cap reached, CIC will still accept applications (for no job offer). The last say is still yours. :)

I have not received any assessment from CIC yet. I was saying about the tracking update of the courier. I decided to proceed with my application because the official counts still do not say Cap Reached. With that, I am still sensing a little hope.

Anyone here like me also hoping to get into the cap of NOC 2147? Thanks :D

My NOC 2147 application via courier reached CIO last Aug 26, 2013 and it was accepted and signed by Dexter. Has your application arrived in CIO?

I am also being optimistic about my NOC 2147 application because I have just submitted mine this month too. So Good Luck to us!

I have just submitted my application and I am also praying that my application gets through before the CAP limit is reached for NOC 2147.
