    I agree but it was just 4 month old when lmia got approved and work permit applied. Yes all support letters from employer and updated job offer were attached in reconsideration request. Yes that is the only reason.

    I m not sure why she should have attached updated job offer? If she got lmia on the basis of that and she applied work permit within a week. If officer opened file after 8.5 months than its on him to validate if offer still valid or not. Lmia has already got expired thats why they cannot reply...
