Does anyone know if the OHIP card will come automatically in the mail? We went to service ontario when we got OWP and they gave us a form that said I'd be eligible for OHIP March 15th.

Update: Received the PR card in the mail yesterday (6 working days after the interview).

Anyone know why the Permanent residence paper they give you says "Valid to: Nov 27 2020" and "Expiry: 2024"? I get that it expires when my passport does but whats the "valid to" date?

Hey guys - we had our interview this morning at the Niagara Falls office. It was scheduled for 10am but we arrived at 9am. We were the only ones there and so the officer took us at 9:20am. She asked us when we moved into our current address, and whether we have any dependents. That was it...2...

They email you with an attached pdf (or they email you and the pdf is in GCKey) ... one of the two. They don't call you.

I know it's frustrating- we waited almost 6 months for our OWP. But on the up side, we got our DM much much sooner than all the people that got OWP before us.

We paid by credit card so it was refunded to the same credit card :)

Biometrics fee update: I was automatically refunded the biometrics fee without requesting it. Haven't even had the interview yet.

Received an email and there was an update in our cic account with an attached pdf with the instructions/interview date.

Received interview invitation today for Feb 20th (Niagara Falls office).

We're still waiting on the Niagara Falls office for an interview date. It's been a week since DM.
