Hey Salim, I was in a similar situation searching for a NOC code for my role as a Project Manager although my description did fit with the 0213 and 0211 I went for 1221 because the 0 NOC codes are departmental managers. So I would suggest to switch to 1122 or any of the 21 series whichever fits...

I am also in the pool and I just got my PCC - India back yesterday with my passport in 10 days! It should be any time after you left India and resided in your current country. A visit of a couple of weeks to India does not matter. I'm no expert on this so you can wait for others to reply as well.

Hey, Canadian education gets you 15-30 points depending on the education you signed up for. But the score increase you got could be for other reasons as well. Did you complete another year of work experience? Double check all the information, before you receive the invite.
