    Did you end up getting approved? My wife is in a similar situation, I'm a Canadian citizen and we have two Canadian citizen children but her TRV has been under security review since June.

    I'm in the same situation as you. I believe it is best to say your wife wants to visit you in Canada while she waits for the PR but she will return to her home country once the TRV expires (unless her PR is approved first)
