    My background was also stuck for a very long time until it was finally in October 2025. All my steps in the tracker are complete, and the COPR number has been generated, but there is total silence from their end. Waiting for PPR.

    Yeah the same happened with me. My background was stuck for a long time. My medical expired, I did that again and then it passed. I applied in August 2023. Yes, I hope you start seeing some updates next year!
