Anyone having trouble accessing your GCKey / CIC account over the last couple days? For me it either loops back to the "English/French" page or gives an error page.

If I was able to link my application for the PR card (photos sent by mail in April without tracking), does that mean they received my photos? Or is the online application automatically created when the COPR is approved? Photos sent by post: Apr. 09, 2021, no word since then.
