No. That's better than AIP. Your application is just like mine as I never got AIP. That means your permanent resident application has been approved. Upon receiving the credentials and uploading your information to the portal, you'd get your eCOPR and PR card.

Update. I got my eCOPR today. Waiting for PR Card now.

No, AIP is different from Pre Arrival Services. AIP indicates that the principal applicant has passed the eligibility requirements. Yeah mine is Montreal. I sent a new email with my UCI with the subject. I'm not sure if that's what made them send me the credentials but it's worth a try. I'd say you'd get yours soon.

I messaged this morning with my UCI number as the subject. I just got portal credentials about an hour ago not sure if my email triggered a response or not though.

Getting Pre arrival services letter is a very good indicator that your application is a moving forward and eligibility is good. However, you still have to wait to get the application approved.
