Have now done medical today, and time taken has been around 40 minutes in total. Glad it has been done, and now waiting for results to be uploaded and hopefully all will be ok :)

Just received email 2 days ago for MR + RPRF + updated Passport bio-page - and that was 143 days since PER. No second line update as yet Visa office London and VO is RIH So glad to be moving that bit forward, slowly but hopefully surely :)
