Sorry for what you are going through it! Wish you hear anything soon I feel they will do they same for me It has been a month since I got pre arrival and no ppr, DM since Saturday and no pre arrival. I am not optimistic at all

Yes it is London visa office They take a very long time I had pre arrival lees about a month ago and no updates after that except the DM two days ago
